Synopsis: The Federal Maritime Commission hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 6(d) of the Shipping Act of 1984, 46 U.S.C. app. Sec. Sec. 1701 et seq., that it has requested the agreement parties to submit additional information regarding their agreement. Further information is necessary so that the Commission can determine the impact of the proposed modification. This action prevents the agreement from becoming effective as originally scheduled.
