The Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure require all interveners filing documents with the Commission to serve a copy of that document on each person whose name appears on the official service list for the project. Further, if an intervener files comments or documents with the Commission relating to the merits of an issue that may affect the responsibilities of a particular resource agency, they must also serve a copy of the document on that resource agency. k. Description of Request: Bell Mountain Hydro, LLC is seeking an amendment to reflect the transmission line configuration as it was originally built in 1982. The original exemption authorized the construction of a 7,000-foot-long transmission line extending in a south-southeast direction from the powerhouse. However, the original line, as-built in 1982, is approximately 5,830 feet in length and extends from the powerhouse toward the south-southwest. The amendment does not propose any new construction or modifications to project facilities or changes in project operation. l. A copy of the application is available for review at the
