Registration of Apprenticeship Programs.

Total Estimated Number of Respondents: 248,728.

Total Estimated Annual Burden Hours: 26,757.

Description: Title 29 CFR part 29 sets forth labor standards to safeguard the welfare of apprentices and to extend the application of such standards by prescribing policies and procedures concerning the registration of an apprenticeship. The Form ETA 671 collects the information necessary for the Department to enforce the safeguards set forth in the aforementioned Standard. The Form consists of two sections: Section I records the sponsor's information and Section II is for the apprentice's information.
