(Midwest ISO) filedcertain modifications to the energy imbalance provisions of the existing Midwest ISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (Midwest ISO OATT). Specifically, the Midwest ISO is seeking to amend the energy imbalance provisions set forth in Schedule 4A of the Midwest ISO OATT in order to implement certain aspects of the Commission's recent decision Opinion No. 456, and make other changes to

Copies of this filing were served on all customers of the Midwest ISO OATT, as well as on all affected state utility commissions.
