AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Emergency Preparedness and Response Directorate, Department of Homeland Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of Indiana (FEMA-1573-DR), dated January 21, 2005, and related determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: February 11, 2005.
