ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of Pennsylvania dated: 08/15/2008.

Incident: Apartment Building Fire.

Incident Period: 07/11/2008.

Effective Date: 08/15/2008.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/14/2008.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/15/2009.
