AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Emergency Preparedness and Response Directorate, Department of Homeland Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the Territory of American Samoa (FEMA-1582-DR), dated February 18, 2005, and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: February 21, 2005.
