SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of New York (FEMA-1710-DR), dated 07/02/2007.

Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 06/19/2007.

Effective Date: 07/13/2007.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/31/2007.
