AGENCY: Agricultural Research Service, USDA.
ACTION: Notice of availability and intent.
SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that a Federally owned invention U.S. Patent No. 5,725,863 (S.N. 07/756,346 filedSeptember 6, 1991, entitled ``Polypeptides Useful in Prevention of Chlamydia Infection'' is available for licensing and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to BTG International Inc., of Gulph Mills, Pennsylvania, an exclusive license to Serial No. 07/756,346.
DATES: Comments must be received on or before February 17, 2000.
