Take notice that on June 29, 1998, Cove Point LNG Limited Partnership (Cove Point) tendered for filing to become a part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, Substitute Third Revised Sheet No. 99, to be effective July 29, 1998.

Cove Point states that this tariff sheet is being filedin order to correct a page version and pagination error found in the tariff sheet submitted on June 10, 1998 in the above referenced proceeding.

Cove Point states that copies of the filing were served upon Cove Point's customers and interested State Commissions.

Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filedas provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
