Take notice that on September 18, 2001, Montana-Dakota Utilities Co., a Division of MDU Resources Group Inc. (MDU), Springfield, Illinois City Water, Light & Power (CWLP), and the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc. (Midwest ISO) filedtheir Motion for Inclusion in Super Regional Rate.
