Notice of Proposals to Engage in Permissible Nonbanking Activities or to Acquire Companies that are Engaged in Permissible Nonbanking Activities; Correction
This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 98-2632) published on pages 5541 and 5542 of the issue for Tuesday, February 3, 1998.
Under the Federal Reserve Bank of New York heading, the entry for Royal Bank of Canada, Montreal, Canada, is revised to read as follows:
A. Federal Reserve Bank of New York (Betsy Buttrill White, Senior Vice President) 33 Liberty Street, New York, New York 10045-0001:
1. Royal Bank of Canada, Montreal, Canada; to acquire through Integrion Financial Network, LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, warrants to acquire up to 15.38 percent of the outstanding shares of CheckFree Corporation, Norcross, Georgia, and thereby engage in providing data processing and data transmission services, pursuant to Sec. 225.28(b)(14) of the Board's Regulation Y.
Comments on this application must be received by February 17, 1998.
