ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Tennessee (FEMA-1974-DR), dated May 1, 2011, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Tennessee is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of May 1, 2011.

Carroll, Crockett, Hardin, Henry, and Madison Counties for

Individual Assistance.

Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman,

Hardin, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Madison, McNairy, Shelby, and

Weakley for Public Assistance.

Bradley, Greene, Hamilton and Washington Counties for Public

Assistance [Categories C-G] (already designated for Individual

Assistance and for debris removal and emergency protective measures

Category A and B

, under the Public Assistance program).

Bledsoe, Cocke, Johnson, McMinn, Monroe, and Rhea Counties for

Public Assistance, (already designated for Individual Assistance).
