ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Texas (FEMA-1780-DR), dated July 24, 2008, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Federal Emergency Management Agency

(FEMA) hereby gives notice that pursuant to the authority vested in the

Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security under 6 U.S.C. 112,

Bradley Harris of FEMA is appointed to act as the Federal Coordinating

Officer for this disaster.

This action terminates the appointment of Sandy Coachman as Federal

Coordinating Officer for this disaster.
