AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

Utah's Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will meet June 29-30, 1998. The RAC will be touring the Five Mile Pass Area and the Salt Flats looking at the impacts of recreation within these areas. The RAC will be briefed on OHV usage on the Five Mile Pass Recreation Area and looking at the results of the first year of the lay-down project along with filming use conflicts on the Salt Flats.

A public comment period has been scheduled for June 29, from 4:30- 5:00 p.m. at the Comfort Inn, 491 South Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Anyone wishing to address the Council and/or attend the meeting should contact Sherry Foot, Special Programs Coordinator, Bureau of Land Management, 324 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111; telephone (801) 539-4195. Resource Advisory Council meetings are open to the public; however, transportation, meals, and overnight accommodations are the responsibility of the participating public.
