October 19, 1998.
On October 13, 1998, Mobil Natural Gas Pipeline Company (MNGPC) made a filing formally notifying the Commission of the change in its corporate name to Valero Natural Gas Company (VNGPC). By this notice, the certificate issued to MNGPC in the above-docketed proceeding is hereby redesignated to reflect the change in name to VNGPC.
Given that MNGPC was not obligated to file a tariff, no new tariff sheets are necessary to reflect the change in corporate name. David P. Boergers, Secretary.
