Section 610(a) of the Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C. 601) requires each agency to have a plan for the periodic review of its rules that have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities. Each agency must publish annually in the Federal

Register a list of the rules that it plans to review in the next year.

Some agencies use the Unified Agenda to fulfill this requirement. Those agencies indicate such entries by appending ``(Section 610 Review)`` to the titles. Some agencies have also indicated completions of section 610 reviews or rulemaking actions resulting from completed section 610 reviews.
