AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule; petition for reconsideration.

SUMMARY: This document denies the petition for reconsideration filedby KOB-TV, Inc. against our action in the Report and Order, 61 FR 08000 (1996) which reallotted Channel 3 from Gallup to Farmington and modified the construction permit for Station KOAV-TV to specify Farmington as its community of license.
