ACTION: Extension of Public Comment Period.

SUMMARY: The notice published in the Federal Register on Thursday, September 24, 198, in Vol. 63, No. 185, page 51091, provided for the acceptance of written comments relating to the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Dos Pobres/San Juan Project to be accepted until November 25, 1998. This notice will extend the public comment period to December 18, 1998.
