AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior and Forest Service, Agriculture.

ACTION: Notice correction.

SUMMARY: This is a correction to a notice of availability for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Forest Service (FS) Draft Off- Highway Vehicle Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Plan Amendment for public lands administered by the BLM and FS Northern Region in Montana, North Dakota, and portions of South Dakota which was published in the Federal Register on October 22, 1999 (Volume 64, Number 204). The Draft EIS/Plan Amendment will not be distributed or available to the public until mid-November 1999. The agencies will issue a new notice of availability when the Draft EIS/Plan Amendment is distributed to the public. Open houses on the Draft EIS/Plan Amendment will be rescheduled. The dates, locations, and times will appear with the agencies notice of availability and in local newspapers.
