AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: DoD is making a technical amendment to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to update the list of agency debarring and suspending officials.

DATES: Effective March 23, 2005.
