ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of public comment period. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for a proposed rule published March 23, 2020. On March 23, 2020, EPA proposed to remove the air pollution nuisance rule from the Ohio State Implementation Plan using the Clean Air Act error correction provision. In response to a request from a member of the public, EPA is extending the comment period for 30 days. DATES: The comment period is extended to May 22, 2020.
