Description of Request: The licensee is proposing a non-capacity amendment to complete rehabilitation of the project and return to service the upper project features that were damaged during a severe flood event in 2006. The license is proposing the following changes to the project: relocation and construction of a new intake/diversion structure; and construction of a new tunnel housing a penstock to replace the old wood flume and upper penstock. l.
