SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Arizona (FEMA-
4203-DR), dated 11/05/2014.
Incident: Severe storms and flooding.
Incident Period: 09/07/2014 through 09/09/2014.
Effective Date: 11/05/2014.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/05/2015.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/05/2015.
