Description: The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the Department of Labor has issued the final rule on the confidentiality and disclosure of information in records compiled or maintained by the States for purposes of the Federal-State unemployment compensation program. The proposed rule modifies and expands the regulations implementing the Income and Eligibility Verification System (IEVS) established by the Deficit Reduction Act of 1984.
