deadline for filing protests with regard

Take notice that on June 21, 2021,
pursuant to sections 206, 306, and 309
of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C.
824e, 825e, and 825h and Rule 206 of
the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s (Commission) Rules of
Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206
(2020), SOO Green HVDC Link
ProjectCo, LLC (Complainant) filed a
formal complaint against PJM
Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM or
Respondent), alleging that PJM’s current
Open Access Transmission Tariff and
Amended and Restated Operating
Agreement are unjust and unreasonable,
because they require merchant
transmission facilities to complete the
profoundly-delayed generation
interconnection process in order to be
studied and integrated into the grid, all
as more fully explained in its complaint.
The Complainant certify that copies of
the complaint were served on the
contacts listed for Respondent in the
Commission’s list of Corporate Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
