SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Commonwealth of

Pennsylvania (FEMA-4030-DR), dated 10/07/2011.

Incident: Tropical Storm Lee.

Incident Period: 09/03/2011 and continuing.

Effective Date: 10/14/2011.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/06/2011.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/09/2012.

Pennsylvania, dated 10/07/2011, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

Primary Counties: Bedford, Bucks, Huntingdon, Montgomery,

Northumberland, Perry, Tioga, Union, Wayne, York.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
