AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) declaration for the State of North Carolina, dated 08/22/2007.

Incident: Fire in the Town of Spruce Pine.

Incident Period: 08/04/2007 through 08/05/2007.

EFFECTIVE DATE: 08/22/2007.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/22/2008.
