SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of South Dakota dated 08/27/2007.

Incident: Flash Flooding.

Incident Period: 08/17/2007.

EFFECTIVE DATE: 08/27/2007.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/26/2007.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/27/2008.
