SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Florida (FEMA-
4084-DR), dated 10/18/2012.
Incident: Hurricane Isaac.
Incident Period: 08/27/2012 through 08/29/2012.
Effective Date: 10/18/2012.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/17/2012.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/16/2013.
