SUMMARY: The Commission hereby gives notice that it will proceed with full reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of the Tariff Act of 1930

Japan, and Korea were adequate and decided to conduct full reviews with respect to the antidumping duty orders concerning cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Italy, Japan, and Korea, and the countervailing duty orders concerning cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Italy and

Korea. The Commission found that the respondent interested party group responses with respect to India and Indonesia were inadequate. However, the Commission determined to conduct full reviews concerning subject imports from India and Indonesia to promote administrative efficiency in light of its decision to conduct full reviews with respect to subject imports from Italy, Japan, and Korea.
