ANR Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

March 7, 2002.

Take notice that on March 4, 2002, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) filed an

amendment to a service agreement between ANR and Duke Energy Fuels, L.P. and an Amended and Restated Negotiated Rate Letter Agreement between these same parties, in compliance with the Commission's January 16, 2002 Letter Order in Docket No. RP99-301-032. ANR Pipeline Company, 98 FERC para. 61,025 (2002).

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filedin accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
