SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of New Mexico (FEMA-
4079-DR), dated 08/24/2012.
Incident: Flooding.
Incident Period: 06/22/2012 through 07/12/2012.
Effective Date: 08/24/2012.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/23/2012.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/24/2013.
