                AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of
                Transportation (DOT).
                ACTION: Notice.

                SUMMARY: This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief
                from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations. The
                purpose of this notice is to improve the public's awareness of, and
                participation in, the FAA's exemption process. Neither publication of
                this notice nor the inclusion nor omission of information in the
                summary is intended to affect the legal status of the petition or its
                final disposition.

                number and must be received on or before January 19, 2022.

                Petition for Exemption
                 Docket No.: FAA-2018-0857.
                 Petitioner: Overwatch Aero, LLC.

                 Description of Relief Sought: Overwatch Aero, LLC (Overwatch) seeks
                relief to operate the L3Harris Latitude HQ-90C, weighing over 55 pounds
                (lbs.) with an increased weight from 121 lbs. to no more than 130 lbs.;
                with approval to operate up to 1,200 feet (ft.) above ground level
                (AGL) in Class G Airspace, an increase from the currently-approved 400
                ft. AGL and below; a provision to allow night visual flight rules (VFR)
                operations outside of areas designated as temporary flight
                restrictions, which are currently limited to day VFR operations; and, a
                provision to expand approved flight categories beyond active emergency
                response flights.
