I. Introduction
The Commission gives notice that the
Postal Service filed request(s) for the
Commission to consider matters related
to negotiated service agreement(s). The
request(s) may propose the addition or
removal of a negotiated service
agreement from the market dominant or
the competitive product list, or the
modification of an existing product
currently appearing on the market
dominant or the competitive product
list.
Section II identifies the docket
number(s) associated with each Postal
Service request, the title of each Postal
Service request, the request’s acceptance
date, and the authority cited by the
Postal Service for each request. For each
request, the Commission appoints an
officer of the Commission to represent
the interests of the general public in the
proceeding, pursuant to 39 U.S.C. 505
(Public Representative). Section II also
establishes comment deadline(s)
pertaining to each request.
The public portions of the Postal
Service’s request(s) can be accessed via
the Commission’s website (http://
www.prc.gov). Non-public portions of
the Postal Service’s request(s), if any,
can be accessed through compliance
with the requirements of 39 CFR
3011.301.

: Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the
Government in the Sunshine Act, Public
Law 94–409, that the Securities and
Exchange Commission Asset
Management Advisory Committee
(‘‘AMAC’’) will hold a public meeting
on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 9:30
a.m.
PLACE
: The meeting will be conducted
by remote means. Members of the public
may watch the webcast of the meeting
on the Commission’s website at
www.sec.gov.
STATUS
: The meeting will begin at 9:30
a.m. and will be open to the public by
webcast on the Commission’s website at
www.sec.gov.
MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED
: On
September 13, 2021, the Commission
issued notice of the meeting (Release
No. 34–92966), indicating that the
meeting is open to the public and
inviting the public to submit written
comments to AMAC. This Sunshine Act
notice is being issued because a majority
of the Commission may attend the
meeting.
The meeting will include a discussion
of matters in the asset management
industry relating to: The Private
Investments Subcommittee, including
its potential recommendations; and the
Evolution of Advice and the Small
Advisers and Small Funds
Subcommittees, including panel
discussions.
