ACTION: Amendment 5.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Washington (FEMA-1734-DR ), dated 12/ 09/2007.

Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

Incident Period: 12/01/2007 through 12/17/2007.

DATES: Effective Date: 01/09/2008.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/07/2008.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/09/2008.
