The Commission hereby gives notice of the filing of the following agreement(s) under the Shipping Act of 1984. Interested parties can review or obtain copies of agreements at the Washington, DC offices of the Commission, 800 North Capitol Street, N.W., Room 962. Interested parties may submit comments on an agreement to the Secretary, Federal Maritime Commission, Washington, DC 20573, within 10 days of the date this notice appears in the Federal Register.

Agreement No.: 207-011649-002.

Title: Interocean Lines, Inc. and Trinity Shipping Line, S.A. Joint Operating Agreement.

Parties: Interocean Lines, Inc., Trinity Shipping Line, S.A.

Synopsis: The proposed modification: (1) Deletes reference to specific vessels to be employed, (2) Specifies that two vessels of approximately 520 TEU capacity and a service speed of approximately 16 knots will be employed, (3) Provides that if a third vessel is employed, the parties shall share operating costs thereof, (4) That automatic renewal shall be for periods of one year, and (5) Colombia is added to the itinerary.

Title: CMA CGM/China Shipping Container Lines Cross Space Charter, Sailing and Cooperative Working Agreement.

Parties: CMA CGM S.A. (``CMA CGM'') China Shipping Container Lines.

Synopsis: Under the proposed agreement, the parties agree to share space and to operate a slot exchange agreement on vessels operating in the trades between the U.S. East Coast and ports in Panama, Jamaica and ports in the Far East in the Japan/Hong Kong range. It also authorizes the parties to engage in certain cooperative activities involving chartering of space, facilities and supplies.

Title: CMA CGM/Norasia Reciprocal Space Charter, Sailing and Cooperative Working Agreement.

Parties: CMA CGM Norasia Lines (Malta) Ltd.

Synopsis: The proposed Agreement would permit the parties to share space and exchange slots aboard their vessels in the trade between United States West Coast ports, and inland U.S. points via such ports, and ports and points in the Far East, Sri Lanka, and the Eastern and Western Mediterranean Sea. It would also permit the parties to agree on the number and size of vessels to be operated in the trade and to coordinate their vessel services.
