Phase 2 of the Final Rule To Implement the 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard--Notice of Reconsideration--Extension of Public Comment Period

AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Extension of public comment period.

SUMMARY: The EPA is announcing an extension of the public comment period on our proposed Phase 2 of the Final Rule To Implement the 8- Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard--Notice of Reconsideration (December 19, 2006). The EPA has received several requests for additional time to comment on the proposal. The EPA has decided to extend the comment period until February 2, 2007. The comment period on the reconsideration notice was originally set to close on January 18, 2007.

DATES: Comments. Comments must be received on or before February 2, 2007.
