Description of Request: Georgia Power Company requests approval to permit Lake Oconee Associates, to dredge approximately 20,586 cubic yards of sediment from the bed of Lake Oconee. The dredging would occur within the main channel of the lake along approximately 10,000 linear- feet of shoreline. The dredge spoil would be stored, stabilized, and eventually used as fill at a location outside of the project boundary. l.
