SUMMARY: This document denies a Petition for Reconsideration filed by Dinwiddie Radio Company and a Petition for Reconsideration and Clarification filed by MainQuad Broadcasting, Inc. both directed to the Report and Order in this proceeding. See 67 FR 39864, June 11, 2002. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
