(a) Group homes, as defined in section 22undefined80001.g.(1), shall be governed by the provisions specified in this chapter and in chapter 1. General Requirements.

(b) Group homes shall not accept for placement children who are under the age of six years, unless the facility is licensed for that age group and meets the requirements of Subchapter 2, beginning with Section 22undefined84200.
