(a) "Firm" means any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity permitted by law to practice the professions of architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, environmental services, land surveying or construction project management.

(b) "Small Business" means a firm that complies with the provisions of Government Code Section California Government Codeundefined14837.

(c) "Executive Officer" means the Executive Officer of the San Joaquin River Conservancy.

(d) "Conservancy" means the San Joaquin River Conservancy, established pursuant to the provisions of the Public Resources Code, commencing with Section 14undefined32500.

(e) "Architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, land surveying services" and "construction project management" means those services, as defined in Section California Government Codeundefined4525 of the Government Code.

(f) The term "Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise" shall have the meaning set forth in Section California Military and Veterans Codeundefined999 of the Military and Veterans Code.
