AGENCY: Department of the Army, DoD.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: Announcement is made of the availability for licensing of the invention set forth in U.S. Provisional Patent Application Serial No. 61/762,543, entitled ``Antibody-Dependent Cellular Cytoxicity (ADCC)-

Mediating Antibodies,'' filed on February 8, 2013. The United States Government, as represented by the Secretary of the Army, has rights to this invention.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The invention relates to Antibody-Dependent cellular cytoxicity (ADCC)-mediating antibodies, and, in particular, to ADCC-mediating antibodies (and fragments thereof) suitable for use, for example, in reducing the risk of HIV-1 infection in a subject. The invention further relates to compositions comprising such antibodies or antibody fragments.
