RULE 27-312. DECISIONS

312.1

All decisions shall be in writing, based solely on the record, and transmitted to each party who has participated in the protest before the Board.

312.2

Judicial Review of Board decisions on Protests.

(a) A protester may seek judicial review of the Board's decision by filing a petition for review of agency action in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
