Correction

In rule document 00-3979beginning on page 8270 in the issue of Friday, February 18, 2000, make the following correction:

Sec. 71.1 [Corrected]

1. On page 8271, in the second column, in Sec. 71.1, in the 10th line, ``ES'' should read ``E5''.

2. On the same page, in the same column, in the same section, in the 12th line, ``(Lat. 31 deg.26'58"'' should read ``(Lat. 31 deg.00'58"''.
