Correction

In rule document 99-18576beginning on page 39007 in the issue of Wednesday, July 21, 1999, make the following correction:

Sec. 71.1 [Corrected]

On page 39008, in the second column, eleventh line beneath airspace description ``ACE KS E5 Parsons, KS [Revised]'', ``17 deg.'' should read,``174 deg.''.
