AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Amendment 1.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Missouri (FEMA-1980-DR), dated 05/09/ 2011.

Incident: Severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding.

Incident Period: 04/19/2011 and continuing.

Effective Date: 05/20/2011.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/08/2011.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/09/2012.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of MISSOURI, dated 05/09/2011 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Cape

Girardeau, Howell, Mcdonald, Pulaski, Ripley, Scott, Stoddard, Stone.

Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):

Missouri: Barry, Bollinger, Camden, Laclede, Lawrence, Maries,

Miller, Newton, Oregon, Perry, Phelps, Shannon, Texas.

Arkansas: Benton, Fulton, Randolph. Illinois: Union.

Oklahoma: Delaware, Ottawa.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
