SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major

disaster for the State of Missouri (FEMA-1980-DR), dated 05/09/2011.

Incident: Severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding.

Incident Period: 04/19/2011 and continuing.

Effective Date: 05/23/2011.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/08/2011.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/09/2012.

Newton.

Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):

Kansas: Cherokee, Crawford.

Missouri: Barton, Dade.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
