Incident: Severe Storms and Tornadoes.

Incident Period: 06/11/2008.

Effective Date: 06/20/2008.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/19/2008.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/20/2009.
