Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 08/08/2009 through 08/10/2009.
Effective Date: 09/11/2009.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/10/2009.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/11/2010.
